I binge watched your videos last summer and changed my classroom manager system after 30 years of teaching. I read the Whole Brain Teaching book and love the new system. No more Clip Chart!!! Several teachers at my school switched to the Super Improver Wall and they like it too. Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom!!!

I ♥ the Lord and your videos. First year teacher here. Coming to learn all I can and 🙌 you're a Christian too. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Thank you for this informative video. Congratulations on completing 20 years as a teacher. It is true that procedures and routines have to be taught and reinforced over the year. If I see a student doing something else rather than the assigned work, then I will give him or her the eye by making my left eye larger than my right and not say anything. Take care of yourself and enjoy your summer vacation.

So true about taking the time to get in the groove. This past class I had really taught me that I need to make some changes to my room, the first being moving my small group table to a different side of the room.

I made a lot of first year teacher mistakes this past year. Some of my behavior issues were because of my lack of classroom management skills and well, some of it was them 😂, cause they were crazy for other teachers too. I have a list of ALL the things that went wrong and how I am going to prevent them this coming year. I am reading whole brain teaching and I love it! I am planning to implement it next year. I love your videos, they have helped so much.

You are my spirit teacher! Thank you for the management course. I am moving from two years of second grade to first grade. I live in South Georgia and we will begin school August 2, 2023 so I am trying to get everything in order now. You have been an inspiration for classroom management. I love the techniques you give that incorporate student independence. I am that teacher that has been buying decor, but I am also creating a chart of where everything goes/layouts because I want to go in and slay or in your words.. work smart, not hard. Currently waiting for the floor crew to complete waxing the floors, then I am ready to go and put together a fab first grade classroom.

Thank you for being one of the few teachers one social media who are so raw and honest about how you run your classroom. As a new teacher, I feel like everything that gets bombarded at you on the internet is so much extra work with so many unnecessary steps.
