The nice thing about the Stephanie Archer books is that there isn’t actually a third act conflict/break up. The third act issue is usually more of a personal issue than the couple breaking up
Rachel, you should read little women if you love the Victorian era kind of books. It does not play in the Victorian era but the way they talk is AMAZING. The story is quite slow paced but teaches you so much and is incredibly wholesome!! Great way to get into classics as well!!
Rachel girly I shouldn’t believe your tbr book videos anymore 😭

Is it really necessary that she reads from her tbr ?? Even though she has a channel.. she’s allowed to read books that ISN’T on her tbr and that’s totally okay. We are all reading for FUN and it’s not even that big of a thing. Tbr’s are there to prioritise our reads and reading should not be FORCED. Please keep these comments off. Let her live her life pleaseee ! 😭

I clicked this video so fast. Your one of my favorite KZreadrs because your Australian. As a kiwi you post in my time zone and in general your videos just calm me. The reading journal is such a cool idea I want to start. I’m 15 and read 10 books this month, I was reading along with you in your videos
I can't get over how beautiful your bookshelves look in the background! I am obsessed with the set up 😍

Late 1800s. Banter and Tension. Mystery and crime solving. Veronica Speedwell series by Deanna Raybourn. I’ve only ever found it on Amazon in Aus but they are such fun book! I think you would love them!
I read 9 books in march. So proud of myself. You bookTubers are inspiring me to read more ❤
I just found your channel today and have been binging your videos ! I love the way you talk about & approach books :) also love the verses at the beginning of each video, I’m so excited to keep up with you as my first booktuber!
You should definitely read the Veronica Speedwell series if you love the Stalking Jack the Ripper series! It is amazing!!!!!
I'm so happy you posted Rachel 💕
this was so thorough! I loved it. 🤍🤍
Can we just take a second to appreciate the backdrop of this vid

I read the truly devious trilogy last week and literally ate it up. I had so much fun reading it and now I just found out there are spinoffs??!! Sign me up
I couldn’t understand the love for finlay either! I was sooo stressed the whole time 😂😂😂
So excited every time you post. I absolutely love your bookshelves in the background. You did such a wonderful job organizing them. That room looks so cozy. I’m so glad you got to set up your own little library. Thank you for getting me back in my reading era! Sending much love.
rachel fake out is so good💌
You NEEEED to read the Bridge Kingdom series. Its so good it pulled me from a year- long book slump

my fave time of the month 😊
If you need a regency romance (that doesn't have difficult language to understand) you HAVE to read Edenbrooke by Julianne Donaldson. One of my favorite books, great banter, no spice, and the best atmosphere!

Loving the new backdrop, the shelves are immaculate! 💕 I love Truly Devious as well, though I need to keep going with the series 📚
Amazing video Rachel!!
I loved the Liz TomForde series!! I have read all 3 books! My ranking is 1.) The Right Move 2.) Mile High 3.) Caught Up I’m so glad you got to the Right Move! Ryan Shay is top tier book boyfriend!
I had the same reaction to Finlay Donovan 😅 it actually reminded me some of Dial A for Aunties because of the ridiculousness of the storyline.
Mood reading is the best!
Based on what you said you liked about stalking Jack the Ripper series I feel like you would loveeeee the gilded wolves trilogy! It’s very historically based but the atmosphere is just so cool. The first book is set in vintage Paris! It’s also a series with magical heists (think six of crows).
loooook at the backdrop😍
❤❤ I love these videos 😊😊😊
Girl!! Ive got a recency author for you!!! Okay okay her name is Sarah M Eden, and she has two series that interlock for the last book. The Lancaster Family is the first, timeline wise, and you follow each member of the family as they fall in love, and the Jonquil Family is the second family and you do the same for each of the brothers. But but but get this! The last book has the youngest child of both of the families fall in love and Ahhhhh! The found family and real family and the love!!!! Not to mention the writing only gets better the farther you get and ugh I so reccomend!
you favor Margot Robbie to me. you’re just absolutely stunning. love your content sm! 🩷
I really love the bible verses at the start of every video

Hey earlyyy i love your videos
Love match sounds so good. Adding to my want to read. I love small town settings and I don't think I've read anything set in Australia, but that sounds so fun!
I think you just need to unhaul Babel at this point lol.
happy birthday rachel!! we Share the same bday 🤍🤍 hope your day is wonderful 💐
I haven't read Stalking Jack the Ripper, but it gives me major Anatomy by Dana Schwartz vibes. I think you'll really enjoy that duology
You’re so right about Finlay Donovan though 🤣 I still want to read the second book… but it still is 100% ridiculous
Watched Georgia this morning and you now. There was something about March. I felt the same as you.

I completely agree with your take on Finley Donovan!! I was so bummed too because there are so many fun looking sequels. But she was so frustratingly dumb/lucky and the way she treated her kids as simultaneously the reason for all of her crazy actions but also after thoughts to shuffle off to her sister and the babysitter drove me crazy. I just read a book that felt like the same category but done much better that you might like if you haven’t read it- Everyone in my Family has Killed Someone. The audio version was great!
rachel can you reading your subscribers fav book and finishing series you are in the middle of
Loved this video, I’ll give the mile high series a go then❤ I just recently read behind the net too but I felt like the characters had no chemistry at all.. and that’s what makes a good sports romance for me, not the spice but whether the characters truly have a connection!

so true!!
Me starting the video: I bet she didn’t read Babel Me at 20 seconds: Yep 😂
I felt the same way about Finlay Donovan. She was stressing me out lol
Rachel its all of us failing miserably at our TBR's attempts😂
I love this format! Its so amazing and I got so many book recs! If you like YA mystery/thriller you should read Dream to Me by Megan Paasch. Its such a good book that follows a girl who moves to a small town to live in her aunt's house. Its hard to explain without spoiling but I think you would like it
completely agree about the unfortunate side effects of heartbreak and magic. The overall plot was how things in the garden were dying and she was trying to find a solution. Sadie has three allowed heartbreaks and has already had two. If she has a third then she loses her magic and so part of her goal is to not put herself into a situation where she experiences the third. But... her grandmother is sick which would be a third. Not going to say more because it would spoil the book for everyone else
If you like regency/Victorian style murder mysteries with a scientific background may I suggest the Kendra Donovan series by Julie McElwain. Their are 5 books in the series as of now and follow an FBI agent that travels back in time to recency London and gets wrapped up in a murder mystery.
Have you ever heard of Morris Gleitzman but anyways love your book recommendations I need to read that "mile high" and the "right move"😃📚 and OMG this "escaping from Houdini" absolutely suspenseful!
Video rec! Would loveee to see you tier tank book boyfriends💗
I recently read the One with the Kiss Cam by Cindy Steel. I really enjoyed it. It’s very sweet!
I’m planning to read Half a Soul this month and can’t wait!! Finlay Donovan is ridiculous but I loved it, I don’t even care 😆

@@RachelCatherine thank you, I have a good feeling, especially since I loved Emily Wilde!! And yeah that’s totally valid, haha. I also started to enjoy the books less as the series has gone on, it’s hard to make that continue for so long 😬😂
i too neglected multiple books on my march tbr 😆
april is a month of lot of new releases can we expect a anticipated new releases reading vlog✊🏻🤭
Have you read Anatomy by Dana Schwarzt? The time period is similar to the Jack the Ripper series and i thin it's also YA. In this book the main charakter is a girl who wants to be become a doctor but isn't allowed to. She tries to got to school dressed as a man and becomes involved in a mystery. I think you could really like it.

that book broke me. literally broke me. i loved it and i’m sure you will too. btw a tip, because i forgot a lot of things from previous books, i took notes about daisy and what we see in this book about her so that i don’t forget about these details when the next book comes out.
6:38 Behind The Net was boring and way too long. 7:53 I can’t wait to read these!❤
A great YA regency series is American Royals!!!
I am currently reading Magnolia Parks the long way home. I am loving it BUT it is taking me awhile to get through. I have covid (which i assumed would mean i had PLENTY of time to read) BUT i have been soo sleepy! 😴 .. Also, we obviously don't need an explanation but i just want to say that i am missing the vlogs 🥰
I LOVED finlay donovan! I think it was meant to be silly and fun:) xoxo
I agree with your opinion on finlay donnawan so boring so overhyped don't remember anything about the book other than me struggling with it
Okay I see Gild on your shelf… assuming you’ve read it, how is the series?? I’ve been thinking of starting it
I wish I could forget behind the net 😳
I always have to convince myself that you are not Margot Robbie's long lost little sister....happy reading in April, Rach!

Hey girl! Great video but i think you forgot to give ratings after the review for each book 😢
Unfortunate side effects of heartbreak and magic was sold as mix between Practical Magical and Gilmore girls it was kinda cute but frankly underwhelming.

I thought Finlay Donovan was crazy and fun but did not like Really Good, Actually.
😍😍😍😍😍😂😍
just wanted to start a conversation but i think its a bit unrealistic to be reading 15 books a month. i feel like booktubers have that pressure and it's unfair to them. This month for me was a slow one and i think i only read maybe 5 or less books.
