Kampot is a beautiful little town in the south of Cambodia on an Estuary leading out to the Ocean by Kep. The area is surrounded by stunning nature, such as mountains, lakes, waterfalls, rivers, beaches, pepper farms, salt farms, and much more. The region is known as "Coastal Cambodia."
Kampot boasts a wonderful riverside with a great walking promenade and lovely sunsets over Bokor Mountain.
Kampot is also home to many international restaurants and excellent local Cambodian food.
