That was my first bike. Bought it brand new in 2003. Rode it for 10 years. I’d like to have it back

@jaywinters2483 the one I shouldn't have sold wad a 2002 Dyna Wide Glide. Had carburetor twin cam 88 motor. It sounded glorious! Bigger smoother riding bike than the sporty. Never had a lick of trouble out of it. But that carburetor thumping loping idle was awesome

You’re supposed to let it warm up a little before taking off. You’re riding a carbureted bike.

Riding bikes for forty years, most with carburettors and never heard that before. Petrol on, choke on, start rolling knock choke off.

ripmax333 no i was just new and didnt really understand downshifting but bet you now if i were to hop on one ill be able to down shift with no problem that i know of lol

1999Jayhawks oh i see... i actually enjoyed the video, the riding was somewhat relaxing i really enjoyed the sound of the bike, not obnoxious at all.

carburetor on that bike., pull the choke before you start it.

totally didnt just now see this lol unfortunately no i havent been able to afford a motorcycle but hopefully if i can later on ill get one and try again. sorry for the very late response lol :)
