    Oh I am a little bit taken by a bag of Haribos 😂 keep those away from me ( in fact just keep all the sweeties out of reach 🤦🏻‍♀️) Thanks so much I have been I’ve also now been using a personalised skincare for a couple of months now and have absolutely noticed a difference , fab when others start to notice too tho x

    One thing that you suggested in an older video was a meringue nest with yoghurt and berries.. and I never thought of this before, and this is now my new favourite weekend treat!! Many thanks for that one!!! 😘😘Xxx

    Some ideas for you... chilli... Shepherds pie... a sausage and mash dinner....a breakfast dinner so plum tomatoes mushy peas or beans with say frylight cubed potatoes and sausages mushrooms (I'm vegan) but giving u some ideas u can do what u want with them. A leek and mushroom pasta dish.. Lasagne A Mexican dish I do alot so sweet and white potato chopped small... fry light then Paprika cumin Mexican spices with sweetcorn black beans onion garlic all in the oven squeeze over some lime..add in tomato puree, and garnish with spring onions. A Mexican rice dish Chickpea and spinach curry I always use light coconut milk. Make my own paste with spices water onion and tomato pure. A Spaghetti bol dish A Spaghetti meatball dish😊 Cauliflower lentil Dahl or any dahl. What about waggamamas sauce...so pop it over ur chicken with rice and veg... google waggamamas katsu homemade sause its online theyre actual recipe.. a little goes along way so wouldnt be high in syns per portion.😊 Stir fry Or noodle dishes so say a chicken noodle dish or salmon noodle I make a Teriyaki one alot garnish with sesmee seeds and spring onion..

    Hi Helen , lovely to have you here x I think just taking it back to basics can help I’ve been way over complicating it in a time I’m busy anyway when it comes down to it there are so many syn free and easy foods we can eat without the need for fancy recipes and just keeping it quick and simple so it does fit in with life x I hope you have a fab week Cx

    Brilliant vlog Claire very relatebly thats so good half a pound Claire its a loss when i first started SW 100 years ago 😂😂😂 i lost 5 stone with no problems and it was Red and Green days that long ago then i put it all back on and more then i still keep trying hubby would say im very trying 😂😂😂 but ive gone up to 24 stone so i definitely need some off thank-you for this interesting chat Claire hope to cu soon take care xx 🙋‍♀️👋🥰🤗💐🌻🌺🌸

    I'm a total greedy pig when i eat sugar 🐷🐖 😅. I gave it up 8 years ago as it doesn't make me feel good about myself. It makes me feel like a proper addict and I'd rather go without. I have 3 teens so there's always plenty of treats in the house but it never crosses my mind to eat them. People think I've great willpower but i had to quit because I've no willpower at all. Great video Claire ❤

    Great vlog and OMG I’m just the same, I don’t have that off switch when it comes to chocolate and bread to a lesser degree. If it’s in my house it’s in my mouth.

    I think the term syn is very unfortunate. I remember there were sins at SW 40 odd years ago and they were criticised for it, and suddenly they invented the term sun. I think of them as extras that you need to control. I love SW and have been at target for a year now. It’s got to be the most straightforward diet around! I look forward to your ideas and recipes! I love that you don’t give up and just get back on plan when it is possible. You get loads to eat on SW and surprise surprise it works! Good luck Claire!

    Crisps and salty snacks are my trigger foods. I like that I can quickly cook some sw chips in microwave then finished off in airfryer for a savoury snack.

    Thank u for the boost and like u I am a yo yo dieter and a binge eater and the most difficult to overcome is my impulse buying habit after weigh in and I am a chocolate lover

    Hi, I'm currently doing grow with keiron, it's very similar to slimming world but instead of hex a and b you get a calorie allowance depending on your weight. I've done sw a few times. Currently 7lb down in 6 weeks x good luck x

    Also two amazing snacks dont kmock until you try. So i am OBSESSED with krispy kale... wack a load of kale in the air fryer with frylight salt pepper little garlic salt or basically whateve u want i.e chilli flakes etc.... anyway pop in air fryer for 2 to 3 mins no longer else itll burn. Its genuinelly like eating crisps... the crunch is like a prawn cracker 😂 its so so so so morish. And then roasted chickpeas...very versatile as you can do a sweet taste i.e cinnamon or u can do salt and vinegar. Or galirc mixed herbs etc. Drain them, blot them with a tea towel or kitcheb roll to take excess water off... then season how u want fry light wack in air fryer for a good 15 20 mins... sometimez 25 and its very crispy... some people melt choccolate on it so u realoy can do what u like

    I know what you mean - I can overthink everything. I love a sandwich too with those beef hula hoops lol 😂- can only find them in Asda. Yes, I struggle with not having 2 b choices as like cereal for breakfast and bread for lunch lol 😂 so may have to syn it as can have what you want really and I guess healthier than chocolate lol. 😂 I do like pasta too so may make some up for work tomorrow lol 😂. I need to go back to basics. I think I’m going to get some wheats for breakfast - they do a raisin one at lidl which is nice. I love the fruit and nut and the triple chocolate. Not that keen on Alpen bars - find them a bit bland lol 😂 I love the hi bran too it’s really high in fibre. Nuts could be nice to throw into a salad maybe. I know wine is my downfall. Gold bars are delicious 😋 I binge eat when I drink wine - not a great combination at all. I could drink wine all the time - terrible I know. I do like a sauce with my food too. I sound so greedy lol 😂 xxx

    Oh my trigger is definitely cheese I am a true Mouse.... I could have a cupboard of chocolate, crisps, biscuets and not touch it... I cleaned Pantry the other day and found a out of date multi pack of crisps 🤦‍♀️, chocolate out of date. However Cheese it calls to me all kinds of Cheese. I have not visited Cheese shop since well before Christmas it is best avoided. It always surprises me tho by simply grating that 30g portion how much more it looks than in a block. I love nibbling on a chunk of cheese tho... zero control. I like SW as know I can have it and a bigger portion if I want it so it has helped me go cold turkey and avoid until I know in my head I can control urge to go into Cheese Shop and buy sml amount rather than half the shop. The big challange looms in June going away with my daughter for 3 days and eating without her realising I am doing SW have managed when she visited for a, week as I was doing all cooking but eating out will be a challenge especially as the Cheese Shop will call me. I have not lost enough weight for her to notice weight loss and amazing what adding layers of clothing will do to disguise it as I lose. Will look forward to your cooking it is always fun and gives me ideas. JD Seasoning is devine. I had a load of potato peeling so soaked and dried, smo amount of oil, Chips and Wedges Seasoning into Airfryer about 15 mins depends how much I am doing really lovely added with a, Salad to give crunch and heck my dog goes mad for them. I tend to use my Syns to enhance main meals with a dressing, sauce, mayo and am finding so full after meals there is no desire to want eat in between or in evening which is a huge bonus as my Cheese habit in evening was out of hand... Selection of Cheese, Apple and Grapes oh yum in my tum but not at present 😂 Have a good week and hopefully managing to get to cook 1 evening meal will give you a bit of you time back as hard going doing 1 meal for children and another for adults so time you save take it for you to even sit for 10 minutes, and listen to Birdies 💜🥰

    Oh cheeese is one of my favourites , that’s why I love the three baby bells I generally use my cheese most days but if I was to have a cheese board there is no stopping me 😬 blue cheese is my fav 👍🏼
