Spain’s entry is art, it’s not something you would play on a playlist constantly but it’ll stand out greatly against the others - I’m not sure how well it’ll do but it’s much better sending an authentic, unique song to Eurovision like Spain have compared to Netherlands, Switzerland who have sent dull ballads in English which are about as unique and exciting as my right foot.

I'm so relieved that we have another amazing song!!!

I feel this is an important year, more British people seem mildly interested this year after last year and now hosting it. If this doesn't get top 10 I feel everyone will go back to the old 'it's so political and everyone hates us' instead of looking at the crap we sent

I think it’s super important to remember just how much sam held back until the night ! This is going to surprise and they are deffo holding something back !

I really like this and I think the bridge with the British accent elevates it a lot! I think none of the Big 5 will be in last place this year!! It sounds kinda stupid but it really makes me happy lol

Is it the next Space Man? NO. Does it need to be? No! As a Brit, I can tell you why i'm proud of this entry. People have been saying for SUCH A LONG time now that the UK should send something that is current and in the charts, well there's nothing more Radio One Top 15 than this! You can feel the Slo-Mo latin elements on the one of the layers of the song. I think that if Mae performs the song well live, this will do well, not win, but do decently. If she can give the bridge and the final chorus a good showing, we can do well maybe make the top 10. I think what makes the song special is that spoken word bridge, because she's NOT speaking with an American or European accent...she's speaking with a LONDON BRITISH accent. If she can market that right and perform it in a non-cringy way with epic staging, this WILL do well with the rest of Europe. British people will destroy this but Europeans WILL appreciate it. We just need to nail the live vocals and staging. I predict that after Eurovision it will do decently in the charts too.

It also took me until the end of the song to fully get into it, but I loved it in its entirety on the second listen. Also, they played Embers today in my dining hall at the University of Florida. They must have known UK was dropping their entry today cause they never played it before hahahsah. Similar thing happened with That's rich around the time when the songs from the Irish selection dropped.

I'll be honest I really dislike our entry this year, I'm sick and tired of our selectors playing it safe year in year out, especially in a year of many unique bangers.

Its a very safe song for a country hosting the contest, not the best but not the worse either.

Ngl I prefer this entry to Spaceman last year. It has a Dua Lipa vibe to it. I have high hopes for this song.

Muller might have written a song but none of us have heard it yet!!! A noise inspired by the Indian sub continent is being bandied about by the woke producers (via their presenters) at the BBC. No melody at all, no lyrical content and nothing that equates to "music" under the meaning of the word. It's construction doesn't qualify it!! Me? ex music publisher with Carlin, waiting to hear a "song" that can be whistled or hummed throughout the countries of Europe and perhaps even by us traditional English!!!.
