I agree with Gavin at the end. Two teams are there to play a game. Regardless of whether it's possible for the losing team to come back, they should still play it until it's over. It's BS that they all just stop playing because there's less than 30 seconds on the clock. It's a game, go out and have fun with that one last play. (I'm speaking of the video game and not of the live games. Live games have to take exhaustion and money into account, but the video game is purely for fun.)

I would rather my opponent score for the millionth time than to stare at the screen and do nothing for the rest of the game. How is the winner scoring more points going to hurt anything if he's already won? The point of games is to play them.

There comes a point where it is just not even fun to play and you are just wasting time, even if you are up by one million points it just becomes boring running a train on someone play after play so stalling the clock(or being unsportsman like to you) to make the game end faster becomes necessary. It's unsportsman like to score another touchdown in the final seconds if you have already won it's not fun or playing the game; it's just like spitting in someone's face, it's like pouring salt into someones wounds, it's like slapping someone in the face, it's the ultimate show and sign of disrespect, both in real life and video games. What you are talking about is called running the score up, it's frowned upon in video games and real life and it's a total dick move. That is why Ray and Michael were telling Gavin to take a knee, they weren't being unsportsman like, they were being good sports and showing mercy

One team goes to one side. The other team goes the opposite. The rest is all this complicated thing about "rules" and "penalties".

American football, as I will say it as to not offend any people not living in the united states, is quite boring to me to watch on tv. But when you play a madden nfl game with friends, it suddenly becomes the best thing ever.

Actually the faking an injury is not true. American football can get pretty tough sometimes when you get tackled to the ground if you have the football, and if you are tackled to the ground with enough force, you can injure yourself pretty bad, so you cna get some massive bad injuries.

Ok so according to Google the most interceptions ever thrown in a game was 8 in 1950 by a guy who threw 73 interceptions and 54 touchdown passes in his career. Jack just broke a 50 year record!
