Could you and your vet review what a typical cycle for a mare is like? How long each cycle is, how the medications you use changes their cycle and the like? I feel like I have kind of a general idea, but it would be very interesting to hear all the details!

Lol at Buscopan. I use it, usually for regular stomach cramps but found it works for those cramps as well. My mother's cardiologist has also said it can help with some odd things with the heart as well. Ponstan was one I've seen in vet surgeries as well apparently it helps with prostaglandin if my memory is correct.

Have you considered doing some videos on the reality of pricing to run a small farm? Cost of animals, feed per month, cost of semen, then the cost realized if you sell a foam? Just an idea if you need more ideas…

Buscopan is a life saver during those days of the month. They are irreplaceable if you have a rough work day and get cramps. 😅

buscopan is a heaven sent for me! Since having my gallbladder out I need it for stomach cramps!

Hey Katie just a quick ? I’m not a horse lady like yourself so I was just wondering. When the mares get sweaty is that possible a fever that broke. Like in humans. I know this is probably a silly question but I was just curious. Does the sweat and heat mean fever ?

Just wondering, how are you not freaking out about one of your mares sweating up a storm for no reason? I am admittedly a worrier with my mare but she's coliced twice in the last two weeks which i'm blaming on the crazy Irish weather atm but if i saw her just sweating bullets i think i'd be really worried

How do mares get infections like you described? Especially since ya'll mostly don't do live insemination (horse to horse).

I have pcos so i feel for these horses lol

Why should your mares get so many uterine infections. ? Can they be treated with pessaries as we would do for cows when needed.

Gracie hasn’t met all the requirements of what katie is looking for so it’s just easier for her to just be a surrogate mare and katie loves Beyoncé’s babies so she wants more before she can’t have any… but Gracie will feel like the baby is hers as much as it was beyonce if that makes sense…

Why can’t Beyonce carry her own baby?
