    Hi Leah , I have learnt a lot from you. However, I have never seen you washing your taw fish with lime. Using lime to wash your fish, takes the slime and smell away please Tey it and thank me later.😅

    washing fish with lime...hmmm except if the fish is fresh cast fish which has a very strong slime like snails...anyway...would give a try some day...thanks 👍

    Pls always explain the types of spies you are adding when preparing your soup. As some us don't know there names and the aroma or tastes it adds to the soup. Thats a mouth watering soup you made. Tnx

    Africa is a continent, and Nigeria is a country in Africa just like any other country. Any food cooked by any country in Africa is an African food .It doesn't have to come from your own country. Try and understand that.

    She is Nigerian living in Ghana. Most of the recipes might not be Nigerian cuisines so that makes it Africa. But does it matter. She cooks well in a neat environment
