LET'S MAKE SALSA! First Canning of the Season | Danielle's Garden (Kitchen)
UPDATE: Had this with family dinner today and it was a hit! We ate almost the entire jar! A bit of spice but it balanced with the roasted, fresh tomato flavor. Y'all have got to try it out!
Join me as I can my first batch of the season - SALSA! Canning has lots of guidelines, so please do not treat this as directions for how to can; it's just how I did it this time. Inspired by Jess at Roots and Refuge and a few other recipes, I'm very pleased with how it turned out!
10lbs Tomatoes
2 Onions
4 Jalapeño peppers
3 Cayenne peppers
5 Bell/Anaheim peppers
Garlic to taste

Yes - they're the main two that I used for inspo!! I made Jess' last year, just made a couple of changes this time. :)
