Very informative video. I currently live in an all ages townhome HOA community in suburban Chicago. I have one neighbor who is quite noisy...loud music. A quieter neighborhood would be wonderful. Thank you for this video.

Billy.. generally people are pretty quiet here in Sun City, and the condos are well built. I don't believe noise would be much of an issue here. Also each condo community has rules that are enforced by the association, so if a neighbor is very noisy the HOA would take care of that. Thanks for watching the video!

I would never live in Sun Cities. I have heard nightmares about HOAs.
