Let's Learn English! Topic: Computers 💻 🖥️ (Lesson Only)
It's time for an English lesson about computers! Computers are a great tool to use when you are learning English. You can use your computer to watch videos, play games, and practice your English vocabulary. They are an amazing thing with so many uses!
In this English lesson I'll help you learn English words and phrases that you can use when talking or writing about computers.
You'll learn words like laptop, graphics card, hard drive, monitor, and touchscreen. It may seem like this is just an English vocabulary lesson, but it will be much more than that! During the lesson I'll be using many phrases as I talk about each word that you can learn and use when you talk about computers!
I hope you enjoy this English lesson about computers!
Here are the images I used with this lesson: docs.google.com/document/d/1D...
⌛ Remember: Always watch the video three times. Twice today with English subtitles on, and once tomorrow with the English subtitles off. This will reinforce the English you have learned!

Bob,when I was fourth grade we had to type without looking the keyboard, but I can't do it,so I always look at the keyboard. I type English faster than Chinese.
Today on the channel "English with Max" was released a video about the action verbs, which is very similar to Bob's best video this year. Congratulations Bob, you have imitators like all celebrities! 🥳

Great and interesting lesson, teacher Bob! May I know what is the difference between a web designer to a web developer? Or is it almost the same? Thanks in advance and have an awesome day.

Hi teacher Bob! Can you explain what does the phrase "to give up on something/someone" mean and how to use it correctly? Thanks in advance for explanation

It means to quit.
Hi Bob, I'm a software engineer, and I am still so confused about the pronounciation of "router". This is because I always hear from the rail way anouncement (from the UK style, here was a UK colony) "...This is route(/root/) 715...." which means 'from once place to another'. A router, of course, is a device sending information from one place to another. That's why "rooter" sounds more correct to me (just to me, bcz everyone says /ROWTer/). I know that this is an American style. But I'm curious how do Canadians pronunce the word "route"?
