🥊 Let's Explore The CAPCOM STORE In TOKYO Feat. Life-Size RYU Statue (Street Fighter)
We continue our shopping videos in Shibuya with the visit of the Capcom Store located in Parco commercial center.
The most impressive feature of this shop is definitely the life-size Ryu statue launching his famous "HADOUKEN" attack. Every few minutes, the statue will actually make the sound of the Hadouken as you can see it at 00:40.
But Capcom produced other popular video games, including Monster Hunter for example. You will be able to buy super cool goodies related to the awesome video games Capcom has released.

@@WegraX I disagree, Resident Evil gets a lot of great quality video games but little to none merchandise. Especially against Megaman, Monster Hunter, and Street Fighter, you almost never see official RE merchandise (Figures, Shirts, Keychains, ect.).

I need to go to this store, I’ll be broke but happy at the same time lol
The lack of Resident Evil/Biohazard in this store makes me really sad :( I 'm going to Japan next month and I really wanted to visit this store in the hopes of snatching some cool RE merch. But besides a Nemesis sticker and a Jill hoodie I didn't spot anything else RE in this video (except for the collab items with other Capcom characters which I'm not really counting). A real shame :( I thought this shop might be one of the few places I'd really find RE merch guaranteed. Do you happen to know if this shop rotates out between their different games sometimes? Considering this was uploaded 10 months ago I'm still some-what hopeful maybe they rotate out and RE has a turn now. That would be amazing 🥺

@@WegraX Do you even know what you're talking about? Sure the franchise may be going strong right now but I was talking merch-wise and yes, when it comes to merch RE gets overlooked a lot compared to Capcom's other big franchises. I actually went to this store and the only thing I found was a little Tsumtsum of Jill and some tablets/candy of umbrella. (Which is another thing. If there is any merch, it's almost always Umbrella which isn't even what fans want.) Anything cool that gets released gets snapped up in an instant so obviously the want for it is big yet there is hardly anything to go around. So yes, it matters for fans of the series.

@@WegraX I had already mentioned spotting Nemesis but honestly, a poster that has all of Capcom's characters mixed isn't really interesting for fans of a specific series. I like other Capcom entries as well (DMC for example is amazing) but not enough to justify buying something that is a mix of franchises. Not to mention that the focus lays mostly on Ryuu and the characters I love are portraited way smaller which doesn't help either. (Yes I am aware Ryuu is pretty much Capcom's mascotte so he deserves to be in that spot. I'm just explaining the views of a RE fan here.) Those things are really only for Capcom fans in general. So honestly doesn't even really count.
