If you've watched Joel as long as I have, you would know that he would occasionally talk about wanting to be on Hermitcraft. So this is so exciting!!! Congrats Joel!!!!

I feel like cherry biomes have a magical vibe to them. You all should each build a wizard tower themed after your mega base, above your starter bases on top of the mountain. Then you can be the Hermitcraft wizard council, and even build a secret meeting hall inside the mountain.

i love seeing joel fangirl over hermitcraft while being a hermit

i'm still smiling from yesterday! i keep coming back to rewatch this episode lol. i've been watching Joel for so a many years now and honestly i'm just so happy for him. i remember him saying that one of his favourite youtubers were grian, and scar was his dream collab. less than four years later they're basing together on hermitcraft! He's gone so far, from being a regular lets player in the days of one life to becoming a amazing builder and pvper and he's even gotten so much better at parkour. Like just between empires s1 and s2 he went from a normal mcc player to A+ and got first individual! He's played for 180 irl days on minecraft just last year and that doesn't even count all the extra editing and voice over he has to do! His builds are breathtaking and im constantly amazed by how he just keeps getting better every video he uploads. he is genuinely incredibly funny, chaotic and extremely kind, and i don't know how he does it but his videos make me smile even when i'm having a horrid day. I don't think its a stretch to say he might be one of the most hard working people out there. i will always look up to and respect his incredible dedication and hard work. so Thank you Joel for everything you are and everything you do!

Joel joining Hermitcraft wasn't what I was expecting in 2024, although I did hope it'd happen and I'm so glad it did. Just from watching the first few minutes he fits so well, especially already knowing many of the Hermits. Can't wait for this season, especially as it's the first Hermitcraft I've started watching at Episode 1.

I mean when Xisuma was doing the tell as many lies in 30 seconds bit with all the Hermits were asked "who is next to join HermitCraft?" Joel and Skizz a long with a few others where lies that were met with "We'll see" in the shorts versions so I was thinking Xisuma was considering them

I won't lie, I was hyped when I saw that Joel was actually a part of Hermitcraft. Ever since I started watching his hardcore series and how he just meshed so well with the Hermits in the Life Series, I couldn't help but think that Joel would be an excellent addition to the server. When season 9 ended and people hinted that new members were joining for season 10, I was hoping so damn hard that Joel would be coming on. And it happened! Yeeeeeeeeeee you're going to fit right in Joel!

I've SOMEHOW managed to not see you're content before.....and I was sold inside of 30 seconds. Welcome to Hermitcraft! P.S. I love your music choices!

can someone please explain litematica for me? i looked it up but I don't quite understand. it looks like you can copy and paste (and maybe rotate/mirror?) parts of your builds??

@@iridescentgaming4827 From what I understand I think you can use it to basically put a build you made in world 1 into world 2, but in world 2 the build would become see-through blocks that are like a 3D blueprint. And so if you're doing it in survival you would gather the right blocks and it would be easier to know where to place them since you can see where they go on the imported build. To be clear, I've never used this mod before, this is just my understanding from seeing it used in LDShadowLady's season 2 of Empires.

Dude, I just got back from a thing called Klondike, which is for Boyscouts, where you go out in the Michigan winter, sub-freezing temperatures, camp, and do a bunch of scouting stuff for like 2 days. I was like freezing cold and tired, and I come back home to this. I am literally so happy. I love your stuff!

Can I just say that I freaking LOVE watching Joel and Gems friendship??? Like they act like siblings but the way that they talk to each other is actually hilarious 🤣

Ive been watching joel and the hermits for years and have always hoped he would end up on hermitcraft. Im so glad that his channel has evolved into the amzing thing it is today.
