I'm really down at the moment. Sleeping in places that look like a public toilet. Just because i chose to drink 3 consecutive weeks healing from a heartbreak. Hopefully it will get better, and i get to look back at this text, this moment, and use it as a learning lesson. It shall be well. I have to endure the consequences of my actions, but the lord protects me, even in this turmoil. Inshallah

for yall who need it, dont hide behind a mask of fake emotions, you will only plunge your self into a deeper well of crisis and mental breakage. its better to let it all out then suffer in silence. i use to be like this and have followed these steps and its made my life a whole lot better. trust me its worth it. you are worth it and you need to call out for help other wise you will never be happy no matter what. show your true self and let out all of those pent up emotions, dont use the mind set of 'it will get better just hide it for longer' trust me it never gets better unless you talk to someone and let it all out.
