I've had a crush on a girl, my best friend, since freshman year (I'm pan. I dont care if someones trans or not. She's a normal female). We're currently juniors, about to be seniors. She's always stated that she's into girls, apparently not. Today at theatre rehearsal, as we're in theatre, for our show for contest, she told us she's made up her mind about who she wants to kiss, as we have a kiss scene, as the current male may or may not be in the show due to outside issues. She tells us that she's chosen her BOYFRIEND. Of course hearing this broke my heart and added more stress to my shoulders as I'm having to get everyones costumes together. I'm afraid to face her now. I don't know what to do. I feel like crying but no tears will fall and ease the pain. What should I do? I sit with her in every class I have with her. I won't be able to look at her nor speak with her. A friend is saying to take a mental/emotional break but I don't know how. I have so much going on in my head. I need help.

I have had years of abusive men... I swore "Never Again!" And hete i am at 49 ... Grandma to 7 beautiful grandchildten... I took my time... I thought... Another man that is hurt and damaged... I cant do more than love him... After 2 yeats he has NEVER daid je loves or appreciates me... I know through experience that this is unhealthy... Do i keep trying? My granny said that a relationship worth having is worth working at... When do you stop trying if its not reciprocated ?

I love her so much, I am an idiot and asked to break up...I am so weak right now, all I want is the comfort of her hug, however I screwed up. In ways you can't imagine. And I'm not as young as you, or in school anymore, or anything. So, at least you have youth and time on your side. I know it's hard to see right now... But I had problems back when I was that young too. Which I couldn't see passed, or out the other side of.... Problems that now seem like a cake walk paradise to what I'm currently suffering through as an adult! Just try to keep your head up and hold on. Hard as that is to do! Just until you get a little older. And try to make good choices and decisions as you go. In that case things could end up so much better than you could ever even imagine from where you're standing right now! Truly. I'm rooting for you. And I wish you nothing but the best through your journey. *And find people you can trust and lean on in the bad times, now. While you're young and it's easier.
