In this highly stressed out world we live in, this stress hypnosis is very very soothing to the mind.
I almost fell alseep because I was so relaxed. Hahahaha. I loved it. I suffer from anxiety and depression sometimes and and needed this. It's my first time listening.

I managed to sleep. So thankful! Is it possible to listen the background music without the voice? (I’d do it during the day, and in the evening listen to the voice.)

Awesome. I wanted to know, are we supposed to practice this in a daily or weekly intervals, and how many times. I was literally laughing at some point while listening to it which is pretty rare.

Glad to hear you enjoyed it! This one is designed to be used on an "as needed" basis. Anytime you have a stressful event or buildup that is affecting you negatively. Some of our other Primers are great when used daily, and you can find a nice mix that works best for you.

I don't understand how imagining the thing that's stressing you out is supposed to relax you. I literally had to stop the meditation because I was too angry

You could just slow it down
