    Holy shit that actually worked! I get horrible stomach aches and nausea with other GI symptoms from my anxiety and I haven’t been able to sleep or eat for a week. My stomach is calm again and I can finally eat a meal 😭

    What can i do for the nausea i get from my anxiety? I've been suffering from this like 1 month and nothing helps me. I can't go outside without having the urge to vomit. Do you have any advice for me?

    I just moved to a new city, to live in an apartment with a stranger, and there are so many stuff within that that gives me anxiety, and I have never had this kind of nausea-anxiety before, I don't know what to do, I can't do anything without feeling like throwing up.

    I've suffered from debilitating anxiety since my son passed away in my arms. I get violently ill to my stomach. Its scary. But meditation and calming teas help the smaller ones by I needed needs to calm me down. But if the non meds route works then please stick to that. Sadly I need the help of needs because it was causing heart problems. May you find your peace

    I’m gunna have to try it I’ve been bad it sucks. I deal with IBS and anxiety it’s a vicious cycle :/ Wish I could be normal.

    Here's some tips for beating the fear of driving 1) Take control of your own life. 2) Learn about the power of the mind. 3) Follow the path of people who have already overcome the fear. I found these tips from the Roys Quick Fix (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the most incredible course on becoming wealthy & successful that I've heard of.

    I woke up at 3am in a pretty severe anxiety attack. My head was buzzing and thoughts were swirling around as if I was caught up in waves from the ocean. My fear of things being out of my control, was consuming every bit of my body in those moments. I stumbled across your video searching for guidance because I have never experienced such a strong attack. I now feel calm, relaxed and the feelings I was having are checked out. My spiked circle is now a smooth flat square on the floor. I can walk on it and it can’t hurt me. Seriously… thank you.

    I liked this mediation! I would try to just reduce the amount of times u say the word anxiety in the meditations. It can be a very triggering word when trying to calm down from an attack

    I'm actually glad I saw this comment before watching this Video, because I tell my Friends all the time, not to use that Word when I'm having an Attack. I tell them to pay no mind, And just to let me do my breathing exercise. Thank you for this Comment.

    I came looking for this comment. I used this to fight an anxiety attack, and finally felt relatively relaxed until the host started saying the word anxiety and asked us to focus on it. It ended up throwing me right back into a new anxiety attack.

    Agreed 👍 every time I heard that word it was like being shocked as if you had static electricity running through you, but it helped for the most part before I had a full on attack 🙏🏽Thank you 😊

    This was so very relaxing! However, I was initially thrown off with the “count backwards from 300”👀 very distracting…felt anxiety flaring up. But it was the focusing on anxiety levels during the day/week parts of the day that let me know that was where I needed to get off. These can be very much triggering and definitely are for me-but what a lovely voice! I’m hoping for an updated upload

    I just tried this and near the end I started feeling extremely warm in my back and just the entire back part of my body. I don’t know if that means anything but this was very very helpful and made me feel so at peace.❤️

    For years I’ve struggled with anxiety and panic attacks. Doctors and councillors have always suggest meditation as a tool however I’ve always found it super difficult to meditate. Either I get caught up trying to make sure I’m breathing correctly or get distracted by the instructions. This video and the other couple I’ve done with the same person speaking have been wonderful. Super easy to follow the instructions and finally I’ve been able to relax while doing it ! If you’ve got anxiety and are struggling to cope try these videos in the morning before you start your day . It has helped me tremendously!

    This is the best meditation from suffering from anxiety and panic attacks from hardly getting to sleep because of negative thoughts running through your mind I had a sore stomach and was hardly eating because of the anxiety and this has instantly took it away , and a feel a whole lot fresher amazing 🤩

    I was never sceptical about this…. However I was still blown away with what I experienced! This was instantly soothing for me and I was able to hold concentration throughout, whilst feeling completely relaxed - This is something that does not come easy to me due to severe anxiety and OCD. Thank you to the power which brought this video to me today ❤️ And of course thank you to the creator - This is immense.

    This was something else. I have a hard time letting go completley. But This time, it was very close. I was very alert through it all and I opened my eyes with a big smile and a tear on my cheek. Wonderful. I liked it a LOT, Thanks dude❤️

    I have failed my driving test a few times, and I suffer from horrendous anxiety. This morning beforehand I listened to this with my snowflake obsidian crystal, and I got an overwhelming feeling of confidence that my life was about to change- and I passed my driving test!     Wow. I was zoned out after 3 nights of very short sleep, to the point where I was unable to think & literally staggering. The only rational decision I was capable of making was to lie down & search the Web for a guided/hypnotic nap routine. I was further primed, as I was listening to another short sleep routine, so I was undoubtedly already in trance. Either it finished or my phone glitched and the algorithm skipped to the next item. KZread served up this , and I have a total blank for the next 15 minutes. I awoke on the final command, refreshed, alert and able to think & cope again. Thank you.

    All I've just don't listen to one of your hypnosis on KZread controlling anxiety always struggled to control my anxiety I just got really out of control so much that I had to go into a care home for mental health I am now in a supported living accommodation after using one of your meditation hypnosis tapes on his anxiety which are found very useful I and how helpful thank you 😀😀

    PLEASE DRAW Cho Ku Rey on all 7 chakras 3 times (on each chakra). No initiation needed..I've been doing this in the morning and before sleep, I also draw it on the bed and program it to give me good sleep and remove anxiety... It will make a world's difference... Stay blessed all of you

    I felt my heart getting fast and whenever I stopped moving,I started focusing on it more.But then as I picked up on knee,I moved it side to side with my other extended out on my bed.Then,my heart rate went down.Yet I still over thought the rhythm of my heart beat,but then I distracted myself and journed about how I felt.Then I calmed down,felt slower and calmer.And now I am feeling better.Thank you for helping me because I thought my heart was going to pop out of my chest.But then you helped me calm it down,and take my mind off of it.And please use less frightening words like Anxiety,cause it makes me think more about it.But overall,thank you!❤

    That was an interesting experience. My anxiety started off as an all encompassing fog. I compressed it into a small glassy orb and just kept compressing until it was nothing. The hallway and control room were interesting though. Idk why I imagined a dark, creepy hotel hallway though but somehow I felt safe there. It was quiet and peaceful.

    This really hit different! Very good and useful and actually worked, i usually feel anxiety in my stomach so i imagined that, and i had a good scenario this last week. I have tried many and this short sweet one worked real good for me! please do more!

    It was really working and then you said turn up the dial and I started to panic thinking 'nooo! don't make me do that, I just came down!' But overall it was really helpful, thankyou very much for this

    This almost helped. I haven't been able to kick my anxiety from deployment and a horrible training exercise accident. It helped for a quick second.

    When that terrible anxiety pain releases from my head and neck it’s like valve of opening my ears get all warm , but then a trigger of thought will start the vicious cycle all over again like a wave and can’t stop it
