Lesson 3 consists of the females talking about how they look and Michael talking about working hard. I feel like those clips could have been used better. Maybe a fun video where everyone talks about their pre-race rituals.

Confidence comes from many different areas for different people. If that makes them feel confident, then that works. The important thing they said was that self-confidence is necessary to swim well.

wide sweep outwards with the arms and taking quick breaths. knees close together during your kick to reduce drag

"Great to be part of something bigger than yourself"... amazing how much along toward socialism we have become when an individual sport like swimming (ok, relays are different) requires the BIG PROGRAM seal of legitimacy in order for the athlete to feel important.

The problem with cody is he is a cheater, he takes a small dolphin kick every stroke as he brings his feet together. Also multiple dolphin kicks on pullout in final at Rio kzread.info/dash/bejne/i6d7qrWeZrGWZto.html just slow down to 20% to see.
