I boast in my weakness father! I needed to watch this. I’ve been lost in sin and now I desire to change my ways and walk with you, O lord. Forgive me of my sins and use me because I do love you! Many of us are weak in our flesh, we must boast in our weakness so that God can use his to his full capacity. We have to use sound judgement and be obedient. Amen! To God be the glory. He’s given me a 2nd chance at life to save my soul to hopeful help with saving others.

When I was little, my favorite "Superhero" was Samson. I read Judges 14 over and over again!! He wasn't perfect. In fact, he had many faults, more so as a Judge.

Amen i think we all can relate to Samson...loved him and his willing to be used by God no matter his weaknesses...im weak in certain areas in my life but love God and is willing to let God use me. I love the story of Samson and its message; like Jonah in His sovereign divinity, it shows how sin... disobedience... rebelliousness... can rob one of their call to serve the L-rd; the divine significance is the great physical and emotional suffering which Samson suffered, created by sin of self, and how that suffering was needed to bring Samson to such a spiritual desperate state of humility, ultimately to be used by G-d in order to show His Glory and power ......

Thank you very much for this video. The story of Samson is one that has perplexed me for years. I have such a greater understanding of what the Lord wants us to understand from his life now. Addressing the matter of foreign wives is extremely helpful in general as I have often scratched my head when I see that this happened a lot in the old testament. I couldn't understand why most of the time this wasn't a problem, yet God specifically called this out in his instructions to His people. Understanding the region and the people in it is very helpful.

If Samson looked like the incredible Hulk no one would question the secret of his strength. For example David vs Goliath. Is anyone questioning "What's up with this Goliath ?" No. Samson's strength wasn't from large muscles, that's why they wanted to know why he was so strong. I think Samson was an average size man and that's why the philistines pressured Delilah to find the secret. I like seeing where this took place, thank you.

As someone who has gone through a decade of Samson like issues.. I totally get this. You can call it immaturity if you'd like. Doesn't matter, really, but I am just now coming out of that period in my life, thank the LORD. God never left me through it all. I mourn over the loss of years that I could have given myself over to Him but I also know that God knows our end from our beginning. He knew who I was when He called me. Believers who manage to live some kind of squeaky clean existense also sin by judging the ones who don't. I hope others suffering the condemnation that I have can see that God loves them despite their weakness and will restore us if we commit ourselves to Him. Even when I sought with all of my heart to do that during that time period, I could not, so something else was at play there. Maybe God allowed it like He did with Samson for His purposes.
