Hello, I have just downloaded all your videos from 1 to 19.1. They are excellent and very helpful. 2 questions for you if you don't mind? Q1: Do you use your D7000 for videoing these tutorials? Q2: Are you going to do any tutorials on the Video side of the D7000? The reason I ask is that I have owned my D7000 for the past 9 months and am still having fun using it, but after seeing your videos I realise I still have lots to learn. Thankyou for all the hard work you have put into these videos ....
Very nice very helpful... Thanks.... Keep it up...
You are very welcome! For some of the videos I user D7000 - for Lesson 1 for example. For this one I user Sony video camera. I might do some videos about video mode in D7000. Unfortunately can't tell you exactly when.
thanks for your tutorial it's really helpful more power!!!
Excellent lesson
Exellent tutorial!!!
Hi there, have CS3 I was wondering if you could help me with an error i seem to be getting when i want to assign the folders to the Automate, Batch step. It sayd that" I must specify an extension for the output files". However i don't know what that error reffers to as there is not files extension is an operation on the batch, automate dialogue box, could you possibly assist me with this?
I'm not saying you're wrong about sharpening before resizing, but I've read up on how professional photographers do this, and they all (that I've looked at) say to sharpen after resizing. Have you done your own tests that prove otherwise? I would be interested if that is the case.
Thank you! Terrific tutorial!
Helpful video!
nice one! x
I dont think 800px is wrong, it depends what you are uploading it for. Eg: if you are uploading for your photographic portfolio, 800px is good because it will fit on most people's computer screens; you want to avoid sizing your image too large for the “average” viewer to see at once without scrolling. Larger than 800 pixels wide will force many viewers to scroll horizontally to see the entire image, which you want to avoid. You also may not want people to download high res images of yours.
Thank you pretty lady, very good tutorial!

+CrazyChick Photography you are welcome!
Thank you
You should make a tutorial how to resize for printing
I keep getting the error message, "you must specify an extension for the output files"
Sorry but u r mistaken, it is better to sharpen the image before resizing it, and 72 resolution is right but not the 800 pixels as for example facebook would accept 2048px so downsizing pic to 800 will kill the quality of the image which means killing ur money that u spent on your camera gear cheers
