A great song by Roberta Flack. I love the chords and the hook. Hope you do too.

I was in New York in 1974 (or 1975, can't recall exact year) doing some sessions with the dudes from Tower of Power at Amy Bell Studios, and the engineer said Roberta Flack had recorded there the previous week, and he played that song through the studio monitors; it sounded great. Really nice drum sounds. But the mix they released wasn't the one I heard, which sounded drier and crisper; maybe it was the monitors. Good hearing it again; forgot all about it.

Thanks, Dave... I actually enjoyed this one a lot more than I thought I would. And, it's an easy song with a good rhythm strum and a few single note runs that can be thrown in. Great job...thanks for posting!

You strike again! This is ridiculous! I'm gonna try it with Celts tomorrow. Not B's tonight ha! . Maybe... Unreal. You nail it . Thank you!. I got Todd's song in the list. It's a battle tested hit. Trust me.

I swear we think alike, and that's just scary. I can be listening or trying to play a song and I find you've already put chords to it- even though sometimes the jazzy chords are tough for me to figure out.

We need an isolated track of your vocals 😅 I'm no Roberta Flack either, lol
