THIS LECTURE IS BEYOND AMAZING. i was having a hard time studying this chapter and all other lectures were beyond 1.5 hrs. so i clicked on this one and im so glad i did. All points covered, nothing was left except moratorium. it would be great if i get an explanation in the comments. Great lecture otherwise.

Winding up means shutting down.....it's a process....that the 1st stage to end of life of company...... Liquidation means selling assets an realising cash that's a part of the process
