if you only think about gender, you get bad analysis. why do bigger/richer companies give bigger wages? why are male and female public employees in the us given higher wages than in India? i don't know why women tennis players earn more than women basketball players...maybe it is because women tennis is good and has same numbers of viewers as the male tennis. in the end, it is the male viewers that pay wages for the female players...women simply are not compassionate enough to watch other women in sports and provide more wages to them. now, considering the fact that best women play equally bad as bad male players in soccer, basketball etc. it is unfair that women should have higher wages than these bad men. think about international inequality which is ruining the clubs in e.g. eastern Europe? male football players in bosnia get lower wages than male and female football players in the west with same characteristics and leave therefore bosnia making the things in the bosnian football even worse, i.e. without getting a chance of earning more money from European championships where the western teams dominate.
