As someone who has actually run with African runners (Kenyans and Ethiopians), I can tell you, these guys are INSANELY fast! In a 10 mile race, I stayed with them....for about 30 seconds, at my FULL sprint!😅 They KEPT running at what was MY sprint! The top guys finished in 46 minutes🐎. My time was a little over an hour🐌!😭

If you look into more details it was revealed that the Chinese runner He Jie had a 2h6min set time marathon on March 24, 2024. This video marathon was on April 14, 2024. His time of recovery was extremely low. The 3 Kenyans runners did not run a marathon 2 weeks ago. Be fair guys.

Also there was very poor planning. The four runners should have dropped off the pace one by one in order give the impression that the Chinese runner was dropping them. I live in china, and I can verify this is true. In general, Chinese people will “cheat” at every opportunity. Driving on the road. Cutting in line at the supermarket. And a contract means nothing to them. They will try to change a contract or just simply break the contract at any moment. As the Klingons would say… they have no honor.

I don't know if this comes from being under their government or if they never had any sense of morals. They care nothing for others and the concept of "doing the right thing" is alien to them.

Not hard to figure out when the marathon has been won at certain times. Just compare those 1st place finishing times to this 1st place finishing time. Then you know the whole thing is fixed and nobody will buy the fact that these runners will actually run 30 minutes slower than usual.
