@@CalebBerman Your belief is that there's an eternal doom waiting for everyone, and if you believe in your belief you can only be saved from eternal doom (hell) by confession and praying to god. This means that if one does not believe in your belief, then they also don't believe in that eternal doom, and thus do not require to confess or pray to your god. Therefor your belief becomes a meaningless reward. What I'm saying is: your belief only grants a benefit if you already believe in it, which makes it a bad system. Perhaps try a belief that promises to improve something which is proven to happen to everyone, or atleast many people with a realistic chance. Like cancer and the promise of preventing it. Obviously there's ways to reduce the chance of cancer without need for belief (making use of rigorous scientific proof).

It's so sad that absurdist humour is seemingly dead. I don't think anyone currently has the talent to pull it off successfully. We did a trip not long after he died. On the way back we stopped by his grave and had a moment's flatulence since Leslie said he loves fart jokes.

I cried too. I suppose it's because of nostalgia and the realisation that some things will never be the same again. Luckily he left behind all those akwardly funny movies and scenes and all the dad jokes we get to use when we get a family of our own.
*_The 'Driving' bit they always used at the start of each Police Squad! episode or Naked Gun movie was golden._*
Content like this is why the internet was created! So good!! RIP Legendary Leslie Nielsen.
0:46 "Watch out, Kara" had me sold. Perfect, no notes.
leslie nielsen one of the best old comedians, his work has always been a source of endless joy to me.

He wasnt a comedian. He was a serious actor who happened to fall in with 3 very funny directors who discovered he had great timing. It was his "serious" delivery from his old days that made it work.

@@DanJackson1977 Unfortunately, I have no idea of his serious business. All I remember of him are his comedies, and frankly, I can't imagine Leslie Nielsen with a serious and tough face.
this is so amazing ive watched this like 5 times back to back
I didn't expect such good editing effects on a parody lol.
This editing and timing is damn amazing, Leslie Nielsen is legendary with his comedic acting 10/10
As someone who loves both Police Squad and Detroit: Become Human, this is pure genius!

I only like Naked Gun.
Holy moly, you actually added reflections of the background on the bottom during the FOV car scenes!
4 months later and it's still the best thing ever!
1:26 this shootout has 100% Leslie Nielsen's humor wrapped up in to it. Great job! he would be proud!

If Leslie was still here, I'd think he'd of loved this. Such a great video. Another winner.
THIS IS NOTHING LESS THEN AWESOME, i want endless of these
LOL I never tire of these Naked Gun/Game mashups. The police siren and the music and running through random shit is just *chef's kiss*
God these are synced up so perfectly. 0:58 is beautifully composed and had to do a double take at 1:05 the scene was acted out so perfectly.

OMG, the police siren bit from the movie intros! Hahahaha!! So good
Leslie - "Where are the hostages?" Guard - "I can't tell." Leslie - "You can tell me, I'm an android."
The fact that his character would actually fit in a game about the questioning morality and nature between humans and robots is actually incredible. A misguided but genuinely good man trying to protect and reason with both humans and androids is incredible. Luckily we had Clancy Brown to fill that role.

Admittedly Frank would be a way goofier take on the role but I'm down with an alternate take seeing him as this goofy fool trying to still keep order in town.

God this is a masterpiece! A true tribute. Really miss Leslie Nielsen, wish there was a lot more of police squad and naked gun.
