Honestly I can't believe this is the same performance as on TV. She sounds excellent here. What the hell. Lesley rocks and the song is so good. She doesn't sound flat here at all. Wow props to Lesley. She loves the crowd

The reverb was needed . I noticed that on the night her vocal was actually too overpowering the backing track. Where was the amazing bass sounds and drums of the record? She was done dirty. She sounds brilliant here. 👏

Targeted hate is frankly concerning. although I kinda think both profiles are from the same person yours and his as both obsessed with targeting hate at her

This is one million times better than on tv. Hard to believe this was the same performance. Was she done dirty by the sound on TV. She actually sounds excellent here. I still wished she interacted with the crowd from the start. She nailed that. Natural performer

100%. I've seen Lesley perform live on 4 different occasions. Every gig I went to she stole the show. She's a great performer has a great energy and has a great connection to the crowd. That bit at the end where she came out to interact with the crowd was a highlight for me. Reminds me of the awesome performer she is. Not everyone is going to see that though. You can tell when someone is genuinely critiquing which is not at all what Little Princess (LMFAO) is doing. All she can say is she was out of tune, you know with her expertise she has in musical performance of course. Because we all know Little Princess is a musical expert of course (maybe in their mind).

@@shawnxshamrock yeah exactly. Personalised attacks are not critiques. Everyone is entitled to their opinion of course but I think Little princess and a few other profiles travel in packs (definitely the same person) and target Lesley. I'll be honest I would have preferred if Lesley staged this differently and focused more on the vocals as the song got lost but respect the ambition. Anyway I never normally comment on yt but seeing such bizarre hate from 3 profiles....cough the same person cough....I couldnt stand by. Those profiles have obviously achieved quite a bit in life. Sigh I give up 🙈

@@scottryan7531 Lol Lesley was horrible and we all know that. She cant sing good. And the fact that someone forced her to do this hard staging made her vocals even worse. The song is fine but she definitely was awful. Not my words but every single commentator

I know people hate this but personally I love it. A lot of people hate the staging but a lot of people don’t know the story behind it. And as for the vocals, I thought it was a bit shakey but she got into it after a bit. I deffo think she shouldn’t have finished last in first semi final

Thing is with eurovision it doesn’t matter about the backstory of the production. Most people are going to see it only once as a final performance so that’s when it has to shine. This was too much. Shame as it’s a great song.

It’ just so weird how detached they are from the audience until the end of the song because they’re too busy moving physical stage props around. It’s like walking into a set with the cameras rolling. It looks great on camera, but just very awkward with a whole stadium’s worth of people watching. But the song is one of the catchy ones in Eurovision and definitely stuck to my memory!

Horrible on TV and even worse on the stage. But I have to admit that it sounds good with the eco of the arena. On TV it didnt sound good at all. It was one of my favorite songs from the beginning. So sad that they didn't think well about the staging.

If it was horrible on tv and even worse on stage, then how was this one of your favorites? Where did she sing it that you did like? Not being a troll, just curious. I myself LOVE the song. I liked the video but agree, the stage performance was a bad idea. Her performance on The Late Late Show was what I think she should have done on the ESC stage.

@@adamjones-ps I think they mean that they liked the song when it first came out (studio version) but was disappointed with the vocals during the semi. I don’t think the staging did her voice justice

I think Lesley only got half of singing on the Eurovision stage. Part 1 she got, that was easy, just sing off-tune Part 2 she didn't get, you're on a stage, not in a music video! tbh she did trick me i thought that it was big not a perspective trick

The girl tried her best but she didn't have a chance it was a dreadful song feel sorry for her being so much out of her depth. Well done Lesley 💯😊

The production was so over the top complicated and didn’t even look that impressive. She would’ve done much better just singing the song.
