LeSharo Tour- Before Renovation

The Winnebago LeSharo is an interesting vehicle. Underpowered with slightly odd styling, but a unique experience. Based on the Renault Trafic chassis this was a very different RV than most other American motorhomes of the time.
Here we show you what the LeSharo was like from the factory in 1988 before we do major renovations.

I hope you're shorter than Kevin! That ceiling gets awfully low after an hour or two working inside.

There's a group on Facebook for these camper vans. One of the members is named "Zpj Moteur" and he sells parts for these out of Argentina where they still make these vans for local delivery. He ships to US, parts are reasonably priced.

In front of the kitchen sink is about 6' but the rest is about 5'9" Kevin is 6'3" and Colette is 5'10" so it's a bit cramped for us.

You bought a 1988 RV. People expect the inside to look like 1988. It's a shame because you had a pretty nice time capsule but alas, never good enough.

I also have a 1988 boat that we redid because it is ours and we wanted it to look and feel nicer inside. Same with our house that was built in 1893, I wasn't going to live in 1893 just because it was a time capsule.
