I don't think the uhaul thing is a lesbian thing. I think it's a girl thing. A lot of girls fall hard and fast. If guys were down I think that would happen a lot in straight relationships too.

Literally just asked me out like 2-3 hours before then. I prefer to wait and get to really see beforehand, he scared me out of it and broke it off only a few weeks in.

This uhaul thing is a completely new term to me and I didn't know it was a thing. I feel like it goes deeper than that, though. My best "educated guess" is that gay people in general may be faster to shack up simply because it's much harder to find fellow lgbt people offline - especially one that you're compatible with. That's something a lot of us heterosexual people take for granted. As hard as it is for US for find a partner, it's ten times harder for members of the lgbt community. So it makes sociological sense to me that when you find that needle in a haystack you'd want to speed things up a bit.
