Lesbian Doctors Share Their Fertility Journey || Part 1
Sooo we have decided that it's time to expand our family and we want to share our journey with you as we go! As two women, we will have our own special challenges to face while trying to add to our family and we hope these videos will help others in similar fertility situations.
At the very least, we hope that you find the process interesting and will come on this journey with us. We are excited! Let us know if you have any questions or advice!

I just wanted to say thanks so much for making these videos documenting y'all's experience with this! My wife and I are currently trying to conceive using IUI and it's so nice to get some perspective on what it's been like for others!

I am so excited for this journey for the both of you! The love between you is so precious! 😍 My sister is straight, but went through a whole process too. They had problems on both sides. So they went through the ICSI treatment. Unfortunately the first time it did not go well and ended in a miscarriage 😭. But the second try went better!! And yesterday 6 weeks ago the most beautiful babygirl in the world was born! Unfortunately 10 weeks early due to pre-eclampsia/hellp. But she is so strong, 6 weeks old now and the only requirement to go home is that she has to learn to really drink well on her own!! And get her breathing/heart rate right. Though I believe that’ll happen soon and then breast feeding will be the biggest challenge. Since she has had a feeding tube from the beginning. Luckily my sis’ lactation came through pretty quick, so she has been breastfed mostly! Now we have to wait for babygirl to drink well and then she can go home! She has shown so much strength, so I know she’ll do well with this too! 2 weeks after her birth she was out of the nicu already!! And I am the proudest aunt in the whole universe!! 🥰❤️😍. So proud of my teeny tiny (growing hard, but still tiny) niece! And so proud of my sister and her partner too! Sorry, long story, but I just want to keep continuing shouting it from the rooftops because I am so extremely proud! Since there is not much hope for my partner and I to be able to conceive (especially since my clock is beginning to tick! 😰). So at least for now, my 6 week old niece is the best and closest thing! And I love her beyond!!! ❤️. Whatever you two want to share, I am ready to follow your journey! ❤️ Wishing you both so much luck! And wishing for beautiful but most important, healthy and sweet children! I feel your nerves but your excitement too! Impatiently but patiently awaiting to follow your journey! ☺️🥰

never ever heard of a guy named Maddie. However Jess could be a good gender neutral name, since it could mean either jessie or jessica

@@diablohorer Actually, one of my guy friends is named Mathew and we call him Mattie! And Ik a Mattingly and a Maddox (both girls but could be guy names) and we call them Maddie too haha😁
