    Thanks Mike! Go Oilers!!!! I think I’ll put a strip of urethane on the aluminum U channels for better traction. It’s tacky stuff. I heard these epiphone necks are made of poplar. 😢 Maybe a hard rock Canadian maple spline on the next one? Mahogany is wimpy wimpy 😂

    Not a bad idea to switch to maple. BTW: I will be getting some some super-soft furniture grade stampings to use on the neck V-blocks to preventing any chafing on your fresh finishes. Stay tuned....
