    Any day this could be my favourite piece of him. Much of Gondwana is already here but the sonority of this piece is more otherwordly and the orchestral color is more iridiscent and metallic.

    It's an instrument invented in the 1930's, providing eerie, otherworldly tones, akin to the theremin.
