Yes we did, we've been home for a few days now.
Beautiful town and scenery! It is so neat and clean, no clutter. The homes and business are so immaculate. Had to really be a pleasure to tour the island

It was a pretty good trip, other than most of us coming home with Covid. But thats pretty well over now too. The afternoon tea was enjoyable.

I've been to the Shetlands dozens of times and all I ever got to see was the Airport at Sumburgh, thanks for showing some of what I missed

This has got me thinking about how long its been since I've traveled anywhere. It's been years since I've been anywhere but western North Carolina and the east coast. I would love to see the Norwegian fjords some day.

I think travel is important to understand the world we live in a little better. But man is nice to be back home when its over.
It is a verry good idea to visit good old europe. Perhaps you come to Germany. You will have a room for nothing. It would be a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Ruhrgebiet.

Lerwick probably the most prosperous island town in the Scottish Islands due to all the oil and gas fields in the sea near the Shetland Isles and the many millions oil/gas companies have spent improving some areas
You should take a trip toIreland North and South some time
