Tbh, I am tired of all the comments saying Jiae has the most annoying voice in kpop or that Lovelyz cannot sing and they all sound like chipmunks. It's just plain rude. It may sound annoying to you all bcos this is the first time (or very rare) in this Kpop era that a group uses variety of voices. In my observation, Lovelyz has different vocal capabilities. Babysoul can fully control her powerful voice, Jiae can do variety of voice styles, Jisoo's voice is high-pitched and somehow cutesy, Mijoo can stabilize her voice esp when dancing, Kei's voice is full of color and high, Jin has deep voice and can hit high notes which can fit any song, Sujeong may be unstable sometimes but she perfectly executes a falsetto while dancing (falsetto can shorten breath easily) and Yein can do both cutesy and ballad. This is one advantage of Lovelyz, they are easily distinguished from other groups bcos they have unique voices and choreo.

VL T Not anyone can be LOVELYZ though. All 8 together makes a truly unique and "lovely" group. You can not find another baby soul, jisoo, jiae, mijoo, kei jin sujeong or yein betch (:

I prefer Jin in straight hait. My bias look so cute and pretty. In this song I miss her voice so much.

Jiae is my bias in lovelyz. I love her voice. She has a cute style voice which really attracts people. So please don't be rude/mean to her or lovelyz. If your a true lovelyz fan you love all the member. All 8 of them.

jiae's voice isn't squeaky, Its the backing track that makes it sound like that. and this isn't her natural voice, if you listen to delight you can hear her real voice.

like, Jiae isn't even my bias but I actually reckon her bit MAKES the song. I mean, to be frank it's the most memorable part of the song and it sets this apart of conventional cute-sy songs.

Anjelica Jaicybet Rose i think if Jiae is really singing live, she wont't use that voice. Eventhough in the soundtrack her voice is forced to be sound like a kid, she can decide to sing naturally in live. why can't she just stop pretending a 'cute' voice
