In Africa there no black people and there no white people in Germany. The point is , the race system was formed by the ruling party in America. There is a class system where you can try to rise up and a caste system where you a born into, if you were white you were allowed certain privileges. So people coming to America changed their names to fit in such as the French, Italians, the Polish and other cultures. You can change your name but not your skin color.
