Yes I Was in love with him and he is a Pisces who was in a committed relationship but when he ghosted me out of the blue over a year ago….. I forgave him and walked away. I hoped that he would reach out but he didn’t. He never responded to my last 3 texts making me feel disrespected and betrayed by him. He took me for granted. Played with my heart and then broke it by ignoring me after many years of friendship. I was never looking for a relationship when he came into my life. I knew he was married and I was not going to get involved with a married man. He asked if we could be friends. I didn’t see anything wrong with just being friends with him. I had other friends who were married and we were just friends. My intuition told me that he might be a player. Why was he chasing me when he obviously was not available. He charmed his way into my heart after years of friendship. He led me on. He acted like he cared. I never thought I would fall in love with him. He was just a platonic friend. Someone who I felt comfortable with. Someone who was kind and understanding even when I was upset with him. He attracted a lot of attention but so did I. I didn’t go out looking for attention though….it just came to me. He was just one of my many man friends. Unfortunately I fell in love with him. I tried to distance myself when my feelings became strong. I tried to walk away many times over the years but it was that magnetic pull that kept bringing me back to him. The chemistry was intense. We were like magnets to each other. It was a friendship that went from being friends to me being in love with him. I told him that I didn’t Need him. I told him that his family needs him. He never really revealed his intentions or feelings for me but his actions spoke volumes. I had never encountered a situation like this. It was confusing to say the least. Sometimes he was warm and relaxed with me and other times he felt cold and distant. We could have many conversations daily or we could go for weeks without communicating but we always came back to each other. It usually started out as….hey….how are you? And then it became constant communication again. One time he texted me 11 times in an hour and I had to tell him that he was annoying me because I had work to do. He would always hug me when he came to see me at work. People started talking. I told them that we were just friends and nothing more. Then….he stopped coming to see me. We still communicated but there was no interaction in person for at least 3 years. He travels a lot for work so he is gone a lot. He even texted me while he was traveling. He seriously acted like he cared. There were even times when he texted me from his home. I knew he missed me but I felt like he was playing games with me and with my heart. I retired from my job of 21 years over 2 years ago. I thought that would be the end of our friendship but he asked me to keep in touch and I did. After a year, I could feel the distance between us and then out of the blue…..he started ignoring me, stopped texting me and stopped responding to my texts. I moved on. I was on a healing journey for a year and I deleted all of his pictures and blocked him from calling or texting me. I don’t think he has the nerve to reach out to me now. He pushed me away with no warning or explanation. My feelings have definitely changed for him since he chose to be silent for 15 months. I try not to think about him but he comes up in all of my Tarot readings. I will never repeat this with him again. It was a blessing in disguise. Lessons learned.
