The parts to this piece looked pretty easy, so I decided to record this one for fun. I had to record it in two parts because I had to figure out how to coordinate the free rhythm section.

Hi, thanks for your comment! For section A, I played at 64 BPM, and from B onward I played at 80 BPM. I agree that it's easy to let the free rhythm get out of hand, but I suspect that Leo Brouwer intended a certain amount of disarray in this section, so I wouldn't worry too much if you think it's sounding a bit disorganized. But I dunno, that's just how I feel about it. Hope you have fun with this piece, and good luck with your performance!

yes, partok pizzicato is the "slapping part" It is very fun to play but annoying to hear a class practicing
