How to take off contact lenses: 1. Please wash your hands with soap then disinfect with alcohol! Wipe wet hands with paper Kitchen towels only No bathroom towels or toilet paper since fibers can get inside the lenses. 2. Take off fake lashes if you have them then use makeup remover if you are wearing eyeliner. Make sure your eye are clear free from eye makeup. 3. Repeat the frist step of washing your hands with soap and disinfecting with achol and wipe with paper Kitchen towel and only. 4. If you have fake nails remove if you can. If not stay clam open your eye wide with two fingers. Your thumb holding the bottom part of the eye and the point finger to hold the top part of your eye. It helps open the eye wide let puple stay still as it can. 5. Then slowly grab your left hand finger such as the thumb and pointing finger and slowly pinch the contact lense out with the two fingers. 6. Then once you get it out of your eye please add solutions saline to your eye and blink twice close you right eye slowly message your closed. Then slowly open your eyes and do the same process with your left eye too. 7. Lastly importantly Wash your hands again with soap and alcohol. And dry hands with kitchen paper towels. And grab your contact lense case disinfect it. 8. Grab your contacts in your hands contact lenses facing upwards add solution saline to both of them and message them slowly to clean them. 9. Then refill the contact case with solution saline and grab plastic tweezers disinfect them and use plastic tweezers to place them inside contact lense case with solution saline and close them up. Note: There you have clean lenses hope this helped. 😊

I'm wearing contact lenses almost for 3 yrs...and i wear it for long hours too....i never faced such things. But make sure when u are wearing lenses... don't keep long nails...also ur contact lens should not cost less than 1000 ..then it may be unsafe...else its completely safe to use 😊😊

Don't put water in ur eyes while wearing contacts, ive done that befire,it's uncomfortable

How to remove contacts with a person who has experience and didnt search it up 1.have short nails so when you touch your eyeball you wont scartch your eyeball and leave a painful mark make sure your nails are always short if press ons or long nails please take them off 2.wash you hands use 2 fingers wash those hands really good look in a mirror and look up while making sure your finger is wet so when you touch your contacts its easier and sticks your finger easily then just pull it out having a finger wet and pressing it on your eyeballs cuases the contact to stick and having a better pull dont panick.+im 47 years old been doing this for years!

Lesson : if u have long nails don't wear lenses, And if u wear lenses don't even think of having long nails😂😂

This is the reason I don't wear contact lenses💀

На самом деле на сухую они легко снимаются. Особенно, если руки продемонстрировать раствором, а глаз уже успеет подвысохнуть за день носки. Тогда линза сама чуть ли в руки не выпадает.

I wear contacts and when I have too long nails I push them to the corner of my eye and they pop out!! Definitely recommend doing this if u have long nails, and it’s also so much easier!❤️

Uso lentes ha 3 anos e tbm tenho unhas muito cumpridas. Deixe que os olhos lacrimejem bastante, estique a pele ao lado dos olhos(para que os olhos fiquem bem puxados para o lado), puxe a lente para o canto do olho e pisque. Na maioria das vezes que fizer isso a lente vai sair sozinha😊
