For those who are thinking why the fps are low compared to other gameplay please note that the "night shadows" is very graphics intensive setting, you can turn it off or lower down to achieve 95+fps (yes gta 4 is not an optimized game)

i have used capcut , clipchamp and a little bit of da vinci resolve , its works perfectly fine , no lags at all (1080p) and 4k should also work fine.
