Length Tension Relationship:
At the shortest length, the opposing actin filaments are overlapping each other and the spatial relationship between the actin and myosin is distorted. So less force can be generated. With increasing length, the actin and myosin move towards the optimal position for contraction. So force increases. The maximum force is maintained till all the myosin heads are overlapping with actin. Then the actin starts getting pulled beyond myosin heads. So some myosin becomes useless, and tension starts decreasing. Eventually, the ends of actin filaments move all they way out to the end of myosin filaments. So no actin-myosin interaction can take place, and force becomes zero. So this is a length-tension relationship.
