Have you noticed that Charlie reconciled and gave them to express themselves? 1. In the beginning, when they were removed, he became a bit of a hand knocking stuff on the table. And then everyone joined in. It turns out that he would have collected them as a team, as they showed their abilities and only then the teacher told them that they were a group. 2. Already at the end of the film, when they were in jail, he found a coin and again began to fill it a bit. Others also joined. Previously, they had a falling out, but he reconciled them.

They didn't attack the workers for that. The workers wanted to "remove" Stella and her friends defended her by "attacking" the guys.
