Делала по этому рецепту . Крем не застыл. После ночи в холодильнике всё растеклось. На такое количество жидкости слишком маленькое количество муки.

Grazie Mille Klara! ☺️🙏🏻 la ricetta è comunque replicabile anche senza la decorazione di cioccolato, anche solo una spolverata di zucchero a velo va bene per questo dolce 😊 ma in generale tutte le ricette che propongo solitamente possono essere realizzate anche senza le decorazioni ed essere dunque semplificate! 😉

Thank You for appreciate my Video! ☺️🙏🏻 the gelatin that I use is a neutral gelatin with agar agar that I buy on Supermarket, here in Italy is sell in a spray bottle ☺️ don’t know in other Countrys 🤷🏻♀️ Sorry! But try to search on Internet “gelatin spray” I’m sure that You can find something! 😉

Grazie per i complimenti 😊🙏🤍 purtroppo non posso indicarti nessun font specifico perchè ho realizzato il tutto a mano, ho fatto il lettering a mano libera e poi l'ho trasformato in uno stencil, sicuramente cercando tra qualche carattere nello stile Calligraphy potrai trovare qualcosa di simile

Thank You Shariq 😊🙏 to make the stencil I did a hand lettering on a paper sheet then I transfer it on an acetate sheet and cut it with a scalpel 😊 I usually did the stancil by myself so I can costomize them !!
YOur job is incredible! Let me ask you a question, do you use a 3D printing to make those words on acetate?

Thank you so much for the compliments 😊 the stencil that you see on my videos are handmaded, but if you want you can use a cricut machine if you have it !!

When I added the lemon cream to the biscuit, the biscuit floated to the top. Why do you think that happened and how can I avoid it next time? Thank you.

Non capisco una cosa perché tolta dal forno c'era una specie di alzata mentre poi è risultata tutta piana? C'è forse un trucco che non vediamo

La Torta fornata è Calda, con il raffreddamento sia a temperatura e poi successivamente in frigorifero si stabilizza 😊

Non usi la farina e provi la stessa quantità di amido di riso o fecola. Usi un termometro e veda che la temperatura non vada oltre gli 84°C.
