How to change a Flextip on a LEKI pole.

The glue in this video is hot glue on honeycomb, it is a European method for application. However, any standard hot glue will work for application, a honeycomb is not required.

Is it the same procedure for the carbon poles? I have the Makalu Fx Carbon...i don't need to change the tips yet,but i rather know in advance. And,i still don't understand what exactly is this hot glue..On a google search i only find the kind of hot glue used with a hot glue gun ( for crafts) .Thank you.
Does this work for all types of tips or just the ones specifically named in the video?
Do you need to use hot glue with a specific melting point in case you need to do it again?
I always have trouble getting the new tips to slide as far up as the factory ones. Any tips for that?
I have the same question. Leki's video doesn't say what the glue is. I had a Leki tip (downhill skiing) and basket come off while skiing powder and was sent replacement parts (tip and baskent) together with this link by Leki, however they don't mention what glue you are supposed to use.
