I love Loz scale stuff. They are basically 2/3 scale. Great for people with small houses.

I kinda wish all my sets could suddenly turn into loz sizes. hahah.
I love the pastel color of these ones. And of course the cats! I'm a cat person, so... I like the coffee shop the best n_n But wow, the proportion against the... mini-minifigures... They need to be a little more scaled down, otherwise, they look like little kids in those shops.

Chris was so confused hahha
good displays but thats it
Honey, I shrunk the bricks! Thanks for the reviews. Of these three I also like the comic shop best. If you have no brick sets at all and limited space these smaller brick sets could be interesting. But if you already have some brick sets and your space for new ones gets smaller, it's seems more logical to go for smaller sets of the same brick size? I mean it kind of feels you would be starting with something new.

It's only a matter of time before someone copies loz mini bricks size to standard. It seems brands are stealing from each other now hahaha.
Hey bro, are those bricks compatible with the ones from Le… kidding 😂 I love those little bricks, however I usually am not patient enough 😅 Thanks for showing us those nice sets.

Yes they are compatible hahaha.
Too bad with the 2/3rds scale, minifigs won't fit the other brand, for LOZ-sized figs would make nice LEGO kids. They remind me of Playmobil children.

@@brickmeupscottie You got something there. It could work. But I can hear the main brand saying 'You shall not pass!". Too bad tho.
Wow those bricks are small! Are they compatible with lego? /s

I like to confuse people. Yes they are.
I don’t like when legos put in so many stickers.

Same!
From your review I understand that Balody lacks design-wise - lots of stickers, parts failing off easily. But how is the brick quality compared to LOZ? I mean, LOZ is almost Lego level quality and hard to beat, but still.

To be fair, just the shelves in the bakery. Starbucks and the cartoon/comic shop were totally fine. Those pieces are intentional ones that fall out like books. There are a lot of stickers though. Feels the same to me as LOZ. From my experience it's just design. Loz takes more chances, but with the more complex builds I've always had difficulty with some of their sets like parts falling off all the time. Several people have complained about them. However, they do a lot of unique sets too and they are top notch as a mini brick brand.

@@brickmeupscottie Thanks for your answer and review. Good to know Balody is worth trying. Regarding LOZ, I also have some of their sets. While the instructions are more complicated (and can even have mistakes!) and parts can fall apart while building, the end result is always solid and sturdy. I have their tree house with around 5000 pieces, one time it got caught into my projector's screen while the later was rising, so it fell from no less than 30 cm height. One small piece was broken, some tree branches and small decorations fell off, but that's all. The house was intact as well as all other major parts. I was really impressed :)
