The South African government has identified rural development as one of its key focus in the National Development Plan, which aims to eliminate poverty and reduce inequality by 2030. One of the key issues is the role of women in agriculture and how they can be supported to increase their capacity to grow. We look at a women cooperative doing well in rural Limpopo province and is supported by different government departments.
