Yeah, he's not a big hitter but he's as sure a tackler as they come. When he gets near somebody they just go down. In today's NFL, intimidation is almost a non-factor because of how the rules protect offensive players; I would rather have a Vander Esch than a Vontaze Burfict.

vander-esch reminds me of randy gradishar back in the days of the orange crush. I have the perfect name for this defense if it becomes a turnover like the bears. the knockout is what I call them due to how their style of defense plays, and also as to when the receiver is beyond the line of scrimmage, they'll only see stars after the impact. as well as a defense that will haunt steven a for the next ten years as long as they are payed and if health gives them good fortune.
