Now that Leica is lowering the price on this Geovid it would be interesting to see a comparing with binoculars such as Delta Optical Delta-T 9X45.HD.RF or VORTEX FURY HD

How would you compare this binoculars versus the 8x42 HD R 2700? Thanks!
To clarify; With regards to optical performance, are you saying the optical performance suffers due to the fact it is a laser range finding binocular? And where do you feel this particular binocular fall in that regards. What would be a comparable non range finding Leica or Zeiss or Swarovski in term of optical performance? Thanks..

The optical performance does not suffer at all due to the the laser range finder. The laser is located on the outside and does not interfere the optical quality.
