Just bought a D2 and can’t believe how good it is, and what you can do with it. It blows my old Bosch one away. Good work Leica!

I love my D2 as well. I'm a superintendent for a mid-scale GC. My PM is shocked at how quickly I get measurements back out to him. Lol

Nouvelle application pour laser Leica Disto, très pratique

We bought an X3 unit for the Mobile Transferr app. We were going to take a measurement, have it sent to an excel sheet. Then export the excel sheet from the android device. The project was put on hold for a while but it looked like we were going to replace our fleet of measurement tools with the x3 and android device setup. I just went to do some testing and found that the Transfer ap is no longer on the android store. Was that discontinued? Or was the function integrated into the plan app?

As the DISTO X3 has keyboard functionality integrated there is no need to have DISTO Transfer app anymore. You connect the DISTO via Adroid Bluetooth settings and then directly measure into an Excel file. You can also navigate within this file with the arrow keys on the DISTO device.

When you manually enter the imperial measurement it doesn't add users exact input. It does weird math. Example a wall measured 2" 0" 9/32. I tried adding it after converting the fraction as 2.0.281 (feet.inches.fraction) and entering it. The program converted it as 2"10' 3/16. please explain what's going on
