Thank for sharing, it would be great if you can add map of these triangle. Lehigh is on old abandoned project following 2008 real estate crash. After 2008 a lot of abandoned building 🏚and a lot of vacant lot. Considering RE price today it should be a potential opportunity area in the mid term .

Hola. Como estará la calle 71 W con Ruth? Compré ese terreno el año pasado y aún no lo conozco. Gracias por mostrar Lehigh y saber como está hoy en día.

I remember when I first moved to Fort Myers in 1980 the used to do bus tours of homes in Lehigh. Back then there were a lot of retired former school teachers, retired NYC city workers and government retirees. The main drag was Leeland Heights and you could actually do a walking tour of the inside of people's homes! Of course I am sure they cut a deal with the builders of their homes to do this kind of deal. Those were the days. You should do FORT MYERS SHORES.

Lehigh never had that problem before ,my aunt and uncle lived off Alabama rd on Morgan Circle North,It always was boring and never had much just Kmart,Mcds ,a winn dixie to name few.It was an old retiree place.Oh and the intersection that was horrible, called confusion corner.I remember Colonial blvd deadended at 75 it was all woods and no hoods.Wow,Im shocked.Do they have movie theatre still? i remember winn dixie replaced old publix and recall when new one across road went in .Last time i was in Lehighalea was 93

Lots of wealth and very expensive real estate in Southwest Fla., providing the services for that g demographic requires a lot of working people and they require a relativley affordable place to live, such as in Lehigh Acres. Like anywhere else you have very expensive neighborhoods all the way down to less expensive. I know many good people from, and that live in Lehigh, again it's like any other place. Even the least expensive housing/rents in Lee and Collier County Fla. have become difficult for many to afford. My first home here almost 40 years ago was less than 30k, my second less than 40k, the third 100k and so on. I don't think 100k will buy much now.

I noticed that too. Lots of fried coconut palms too. I think everything will come back (bananas especially). How cold did you get that you lost a mango? Or you mean it just burned? It will get warm this week so expect a good recovery.

Its honestly not that bad if you can keep close to the main roads. Some of the residential streets can stretch for miles and its a massive grid, with lots of roads in between being dead ends. There is a LOT of interesting characters out there for sure.

Yes like anywhere else you have the people that are trashy on that note the littering is a problem. You can buy property on 1/2 lots that’s a plus. So it’s a mix. My opinion only
