My favourite videos are when you go to the brick bin! Doesn’t even have to be a big haul, I just love seeing retired sets on shelves for some reason! Always such a good selection

look at Bricksie rocking the Stache

The Wall-E set was one of the first retired sets I bought when I got back into Lego a few years back and it is by far my favorite model I own. It was such a fun build and his likeness to the actual movie source material is just perfect.

Omg that row of modular buildings look so good!! Great now I'm really tempted into collecting them again lol. Assembly square with the detective's office, pet shop and the bookstore is just beautiful!!

@@TheAmphibiaFalls I never said I wanted the Cafe corner at $4000. In fact alot of people don't own the older modular buildings but they're still able to build up impressive cities, people like Jordan for example. Besides the modulars I 'want' are all still available online..

That lego truck 5571 you passed over is one of the most expensive sets ever, to see one sealed is pretty cool. I just looked one up, $5700 on eBay

This place is great, Tony is the owner. This is actually his second shop in town. His north location is in my opinion much much better. It's smaller but I usually find what I'm looking for there. His buddy Mike runs it good guy, he'll even help you dig through the bin to find what youre looking for too.

It is crazy to me how they keep the two stores so well stocked with so many retired LEGO sets! Theirs a lot of those sets on my wish list so I think I should plan a trip to Calgary some day. Pretty cool brick haul! It's gonna be really beneficial for the mils plates.

Every lego fan always has a large backlog speaking from experience I have like 40 sets in my backlog right now and my mom is on a trip and agreed to come back with either a Dailey bugle or 1989 batwing for me from the lego store in New York so I am trying to work through a few of my vintage car gift with purchases before she comes back next weekend. If she does the bugle then we go to our local lego store in June for the first time in 3 and a half years I plan to get 3 of the batman art sets then no more lego until closer to Christmas and my birthday which will be the 1989 batwing to go with the 1989 batmobile I got last year.

Very jealous of the second hand shops you have - would love something like that where I am in the Uk.

I know it's not the same but like myself, there are a lot of Bricklink sellers here that have second hand LEGO from all sorts of years/themes :)

Man I wish I had a store like this in my neck of the woods because I'd be going there at least once a week if not once a month to see what's in stock. For sets that are still in rotation that Brick Bin sells, do they sell them cheaper or more expensive than the LEGO store? Nice haul and great vid as always.

I find most sets are priced according to BL or a bit higher than BL. Definatly there some very reasonable priced sets as well. I had some happy shoppings there and always nice to support local business.

and i collect much lego star wars i got reys speeder and death star canon and duel on starkiller base and tattoine battlepack and 2 microfigthers

How does Canada have these amazing stores and fully stocked Toys R Us and Lego Stores!? Seems like Canada is the place to be for Lego enthusiasts. By the way, I would have gotten the 42055 Bucket Wheel Excavator I saw hiding in the corner!

The Brick Bin is in Calgary, Alberta. I live in Edmonton, so most of the stores I go to are local.

Has LEGO ever made Canadian specific set? I've seen lots of Chinese, American, Every Euro Footy Team, but other than my LEGO Steve Nash (HERO) no nods to Canada despite being low priority on shipping and we pay more beyond US conversion rates. My history books say we liberated LEGOS homeland not the US or China, why are we treated so poorly aside from yes men like Ash?

They don't allow stacking cups at this store

Woah...don`t buy the big blue All Terrain Tow Truck, it's just so bad. No suspension, the motor only powers the front axle and is waaay to weak for the weight. It gets stuck almost everywhere, don't even think of "all terrain"...and instead of using an accumulator, there is a battery box almost on top of the set which makes it even more unhandly to drive. There's no cargo space in the back as Lego did not encase anything, you can see through the posterior part to admire all the bright unfittingly coloured parts Lego at least partially hides in other sets. The loading crane is too weak and wobbly due to only a single row of technic liftarms.
